Evangelist Sandra L. Rose is a seasoned senior business and operations leader with a distinguished career spanning more than five decades. A native of Detroit, Michigan, her professional experience includes corporate management, information technology, training and development, education, media leadership, and entrepreneurship. She is widely respected for her strengths in organizational management, workforce development, strategic planning, communications, and executive administration. Sandra holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in business administration and has been recognized throughout her career for building sustainable programs and guiding organizations through growth, transition, and innovation. She retired in September 2025 from Ford Motor Company, where she served in IT Training, Learning and Development, and project management from 2012. Prior to Ford, she dedicated 30 years to AT&T, advancing from customer service operations to Certified Technical Manager and consistently demonstrating excellence in leadership and operations. Her commitment to education and youth development includes service as an educator and facilitator in Southeast Michigan, where she presented workshops for K–12 students on cyberbullying, internet safety, workplace readiness, and personal development. Since 2018, Sandra has served as Executive Director and owner of WVTC Radio Detroit and co-owner of the WVTC Radio Network. WVTC Radio Network has been nominated for Internet Radio Station of the Year by the Stellar Awards in 2022, 2023, and 2024, winning the award in both 2022 and 2023. Under her leadership, the station has become a trusted platform for gospel music, community engagement, and cultural preservation. In addition to her professional achievements, Evangelist Sandra L. Rose is a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel whose life reflects faith, leadership, and service. Raised at Prayer Tabernacle Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Charles A. Craig II and Rev. David K. Craig, she received early musical training through piano studies with Rev. Charles H. Nicks, Jr. Around the age of fifteen, her leadership gifts were further recognized when she began directing choirs at the request of Maestro and Minister Thomas Whitfield. Since the age of sixteen, Evangelist Rose has served as a choir director, music leader, and administrator across some of Detroit’s most respected churches and gospel institutions. A defining hallmark of her ministry has been her commitment to youth, directing choirs comprised of children and young people ages five to eighteen, with an emphasis on discipline, spiritual growth, confidence, and musical excellence. In 2014, she established the GMWA Detroit Chapter 100-Voice Women’s Choir, which has presented successful concerts and performances through the years and remains a signature ministry of the chapter under her leadership. While she has participated in background vocals and choir work on numerous gospel recordings, Evangelist Rose is most widely known for her directing abilities and leadership behind the scenes—coordinating productions, managing choirs, and providing administrative and technical oversight. She has served as technical director for a Metropolitan Spiritual Churches of Christ, Inc. (MSCC) recording and as choir coordinator for Detroit Remembers 1 & 2 and multiple GMWA Detroit Chapter recording projects, several of which have garnered millions of views across social media platforms. Through Detroit PBS, Sandra has hosted panel discussions focused on Detroit gospel music and has curated two one-hour broadcast episodes dedicated exclusively to preserving and elevating Detroit’s gospel legacy. Evangelist Sandra L. Rose’s life and work reflect a powerful integration of ministry, leadership, and cultural stewardship. Through excellence, integrity, and unwavering service, she continues to influence and inspire generations—both within the church and beyond.
